1. Acceptance

By using MatterLens AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by the MatterLens AI team.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which removes your submitted content and signs you out.

3. Professional Use & No Legal Advice

MatterLens AI provides generated analysis, drafts, and suggestions to support licensed professionals. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed. You must independently review and verify all output before relying on it. You remain solely responsible for any work product you create using the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including uploading content you do not have the right to share, attempting to disrupt the service, or using the app for unlawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider at the rates shown on the Subscription page. You can cancel at any time; refunds are handled per the provider’s policy. Free-tier limits may apply.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
